Trabud reports what company insiders disclosed to the SEC and explains how to read it. Nothing on the site — including the data pages, the weekly digest, and answers from the AI agent — is investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own investment decisions; consider consulting a licensed professional.

The data is provided as is

The data comes from public SEC Form 4 filings and is compiled automatically, as described in the methodology. Filings can contain errors, and our processing can introduce delays or mistakes. AI-generated text (the agent's answers and the digest summary) can be wrong. Always check important facts against the original filing on SEC.gov, which each transaction links to.

The site and its data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Trabud is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own research and share links to it. Please do not:

• scrape the site or its APIs in bulk, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for others;
• republish or resell the site's compiled data or pages as your own product;
• try to bypass rate limits, access controls, or anyone else's account;
• use the AI agent to generate abusive or unlawful content.

We may limit or suspend access, including accounts, that break these terms. The underlying SEC filings are public records and remain free for anyone to use from SEC.gov.

Accounts and changes

Accounts are optional and use Google sign-in; how account data is handled is set out in the privacy policy. Trabud is free today. We may add paid features in the future; any paid feature will show its price and terms before you pay.

We may change or discontinue any part of the site, and update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
